We are delighted to announce the automation of part of our process in our brand new purpose built factory with a vacuum coater.
We now have a far more efficient transfer method without loss of coating, giving a precise and even thickness throughout, which is fully controllable.
We are able to produce high volume orders with very little down time and can coat all sides at the same time ensuring our flexibility.
We finish a variety of materials including shiplap cladding,skirting, mouldings and panels with a higher profile.
We use waterbourne stains, primers and top coats from renowned manufacturers and are backed by their specification teams on each project.
